Don’t skimp on your education. Get internationally certified today.
Qualified Pilates professionals are in demand. Education and training is the most important investment you’ll make in your future as a Pilates professional. Not all Pilates training is created or regarded as equal. It’s important for your future job prospects to choose a well regarded certification.
There’s no way to get properly trained and certified as a Pilates Instructor from a single weekend course. If you’re already a fitness professional, and just want to add a couple basic Pilates exercises to a routine, then perhaps a weekend course will do. However, if you’re driven to help people understand the benefits of Pilates and how it improves everyday life for everyone, from high level athletes to the elderly, and if you want to help people rehabilitate from injury or be able to teach clients about the biomechanics of movement and the benefits of Pilates — then you need to invest in comprehensive training.
Arming you with internationally recognized qualifications, a STOTT PILATES® certification will give you the tools you need to succeed at the highest levels.

Becoming a Pilates Instructor.
The first step to becoming a Pilates Instructor is to choose a well respected, universally recognized certification course. Not all Pilates training is created equal. Make sure you carefully select a training that will enable you to gain employment anywhere, and arm you with the tools necessary to be an exceptional Instructor. That’s where Blue Sparrow pilates comes in. Pilates teacher training courses should not be easy, if they are then you could safely bet that they are not teaching you everything you need to know. You do need to have some determination to successfully complete a Pilates training, but just like anything worth doing in life the hard work pays off. You will be expected to physically practice Pilates, practice teach, observe other teachers as well as study anatomy. While these are requirements needed to pass your certification exam, these are also elements that any good Pilates instructor will continue to do long after they gain their certification.
Pilates Training Courses.
Blue Sparrow Pilates offers STOTT PILATES® Intensive Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels and Advanced Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels Certification programs. Everyone begins with either Intensive Matwork (IMP) or Intensive Reformer (IR). From there, you can decide to certify or take more courses depending on what your specific goals are. On top of this, we also offer anatomy workshops, CEC’s, Total Barre™ and CORE™ Certifications. Whatever your Pilates career goals are, we’ve got your training covered.
