This will be a workshop trouble shooting those moments where students might not understand what we are prepping for, may be feeling too much or too little and how we can keep a class or session moving though mild discomforts or lack of sensation and how both are totally acceptable.
Thoroughly Modern Mat: Mat class for a new generation

This workshop will include ways to deal with very large group class and small intimate ones. How can we utilize partnering work, props and a lot more vertical work to offset some of the issues of our generation. People feel more isolated than ever even though they are so connected through social media. Can we break the walls between the mats and create a community between students.
