Private STOTT PILATES®

Private sessions are personalized to you and your body, with encouraging instructors who really get to know you and help you reach your goals. Our group classes are intentionally kept small so that you get individual attention, instead of getting lost in a big class.

PILATES for Rehab, Athletic Conditioning, Active Aging

We train everyone from athletes to those suffering from injures and chronic pain to those who want to age gracefully. Our clients improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and release tension, all while toning the entire body. We teach a contemporary approach to the original method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Developed by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine, and fitness professionals, STOTT PILATES® incorporates modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.

SPECIAL CARE

Gyrotonic®

GYROTONIC® will help you feel rejuvenated and resilient. It strengthens and mobilizes the spine and all of the joints of the body. GYROTONIC® sessions stimulate the nervous system, lengthen muscles, and release tension developing overall fitness and good health.

Getting Familiar With Pilates

We’ll guide you through the basics Pilates — basic principles, equipment setup, and foundation exercise. Afterwards you will feel tall, stronger, and more aware of good posture.

Pilates Fit

This 55-minute Pilates class is our signature class. We will tone and strengthen your core and entire body.

ALL LEVELS + SPECIAL CARE

Pilates Pro

55-minute Pilates class is a full body workout at a continuous, athletic pace for maximum results. Balance, endurance, strength, and coordination are put to the test.

INTERMEDIATE + ADVANCED

Pilates PRO Plus

This class rotates you through the large Pilates equipment — Pilates Reformer, Springboard, and Stability Chair exercises for a full body workout that strengthens, tones, and mobilizes. A typical Plus class begins with a warm-up, then 25 minutes at one station and 25 minutes at the second station. Be prepared to work continuously and explore new challenges for all 55-minutes.

INTERMEDIATE + ADVANCED

Pilates Jump

Our 55-minute Reformer jumpboard and trampoline class will get your heart pumping and your feet jumping. Get a total body workout along with cardio.

Pilates Classic

This 55-minute Pilates class focused on a full body workout through the classic exercises of the Pilates method. Great for those who love a traditional class format or those studying to become instructors. We will go through Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES repertoire.

Learn choreography, exercise essence and correct biomechanics of movement, as well as how to effectively utilize the power of music to create safe and fun barre classes that focus on increasing strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It truly is a program geared for everyone—no dance experience required!

We welcome all Pilates and Fitness instructors to learn and benefit from the STOTT PILATES teaching method with no prerequisites. Workshops cover everything from the Fundamentals, Sport and Athletic Conditioning, to Rehabilitation and special populations.

STOTT Pilates® Continuing Education

STOTT PILATES® continuing education workshops explore a wide variety of topics. Learn to work with various props and equipment adding interest and challenge to your sessions. And deepen your understanding of how the Pilates method can benefit everyone from the elderly to high level athletes and everything in between!

STOTT PILATES® SPECIALTY TRACK

Set yourself apart by becoming a STOTT PILATES® Specialist in the field of your choice. Choose any of our five Specialty Tracks, complete the required workshops and gain access to a whole new client-base. There is no time-limit on completing the components and you earn Continuing Education Credits (CECs) at the same time!
