Private sessions are personalized to you and your body, with encouraging instructors who really get to know you and help you reach your goals. Our group classes are intentionally kept small so that you get individual attention, instead of getting lost in a big class.
PILATES for Rehab, Athletic Conditioning, Active Aging
We train everyone from athletes to those suffering from injures and chronic pain to those who want to age gracefully. Our clients improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and release tension, all while toning the entire body. We teach a contemporary approach to the original method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Developed by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine, and fitness professionals, STOTT PILATES® incorporates modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.
GYROTONIC® will help you feel rejuvenated and resilient. It strengthens and mobilizes the spine and all of the joints of the body. GYROTONIC® sessions stimulate the nervous system, lengthen muscles, and release tension developing overall fitness and good health.
Expert instructor will guide you through fundamental Pilates core building exercises and help you build a stronger foundation for long-term health. Focus on deep postural muscles, build strength from the inside out, and develop core stability to bring the body back into balance. Adaptive is slower pace for those with slight limitations, recovering injuries, or clients who want a more gentle class.
Core focused class that strengthen entire body. We’ll challenge all the elements of Pilates including balance, flexibility and core strength. Modifications always offered to help you get the most out of every exercise.

INTERMEDIATE + ADVANCED
Beginner Sculpt (I)
We’ll guide you through the basics of Pilates and leave you feeling taller, stronger, and more aware of good posture. Learn how Pilates’ slow and controlled movements can not only begin to sculpt the body, but change the way you carry yourself. Build strength, flexibility, and balance all with little to no impact, so it’s both efficient and safe.
For beginners or the more experienced client who wants a slightly slower paced class that still challenges the entire body. Modifications are always available and the better you get at Pilates the harder the beginning exercises feel.
ALL LEVELS + SPECIAL CARE
Jump + Sweat (II)
Our Reformer jumpboard and trampoline class will build strength, endurance, flexibility, and get you to sweat a little. This total body workout builds on the fundamentals of Pilates while add a bit of cardiovascular challenge.
Butt Arms Abs (II)
Our science-fueled approach to the Pilates core work will get you to deeply feel these classic Pilates abdominal exercises. Plus, we’ll give you a little extra for the arms, shoulders, and upper back, as well as butt and hips.
We welcome all Pilates and Fitness instructors to learn and benefit from the STOTT PILATES teaching method with no prerequisites. Workshops cover everything from the Fundamentals, Sport and Athletic Conditioning, to Rehabilitation and special populations.
