We opened our North Beach doors in January 2007 and have been proudly offering the best in Pilates and Gyrotonic® ever since.
Blue Sparrow Pilates North Beach is a fitness and wellness sanctuary in the lively North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco, conveniently located within walking distance of Telegraph Hill, the Financial District, Polk Street, Nob Hill, and Russian Hill.
Our spacious 1400 square-foot, North Beach studio is beautifully appointed with Stott Pilates® and Gyrotonic Expansion System® equipment for limitless exercise possibilities.
Both our North Beach and Mid-Market studios offer private, duet, athletic and general conditioning, and rehabilitation. Our large North Beach studio offers more variety in group class options than our downtown Mid-Market studio.
Getting To Blue Sparrow Pilates North Beach:
Parking is available at two-hour meters on Grant Avenue, free two-hour neighborhood spaces, and the garage at Filbert and Columbus.
