By strengthening your deep abdominal and core muscles, your body will learn to support your spine with less effort. Within the first few weeks of training, you should stand straighter, feel fewer aches and pains, and begin re-sculpting your physique.
Don't get lost in a big class.
We believe that smaller classes will give you the best and most effective workout. We deliver results by limiting our class sizes. We want to know each of students' workout objectives, offer feedback to optimize every exercise, and guide you to the body you want.
Our North Beach location offers Pilates Quartet classes, a maximum of four students, which use the Reformer, Springboards, mat, and small equipment. Pilates Mat Classes, a maximum of ten students, utilize small accessories to increase the intensity of the matwork.
Our Mid-Market location offers Circuit Trios, a maximum of three students, on a variety of Pilates equipment including V2Max Reformer, Stability Chair, and Ladder Barrel.

The average, healthy participant sees and feels results within 10 sessions. Every body is different, and many factors affect the outcome of our Pilates workout. It is best to do Pilates consistently to discover the true essence of Pilates. “In ten sessions,” suggested Joseph Pilates himself, “you will feel the difference; in 20 you will see the difference; and in 30 you will have a whole new body.”
