Our teachers are the best in the industry and can bring out the best in your body. We can meet all your training needs with a full range of fun classes and specialty classes in prenatal, athletic, or rehabilitative Pilates.

We are especially proud of our Jumpstart Packages, designed specifically for new-to-Pilates students and led by friendly instructors trained to help you get the most out of every session.

We understand that with so many choices in fitness and it can be challenging to figure out where to start. We’ve developed our Jumpstart Packages to help guide you through the basics and get you going in the right direction. Built into our Jumpstart Package sessions is time to discuss with your instructor your fitness goals, individual needs, and budget concerns. If you feel you would like to meet with one of our instructors prior to starting with our Jumpstart program, we would be happy to set-up a time to answer any additional questions you may have.

Our Jumpstart Packages are designed to help you learn the basic principle and how the apply to your unique body; develop a fitness plan that meets your needs and challenges your current level; begin to feel taller, longer, and leaner; and get you ready to join Quartet group classes. We will train you to use muscles that you didn’t even know you had —and the best part is it’s fun!

Frequently Asked Questions

Money is tight. Can I afford Pilates?

Yes you can afford a healthier YOU! We provide programs to meet all income levels. All of your sessions from privates to group classes are designed to be personalized, interactive, and highly effective. So no matter your income, we can help you get results you want!

How Often Should I Come?

To begin, we recommend trying to come 2-3 times per week depending on your current fitness and activity level. Joseph Pilates said, "In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you'll be on your way to having a whole new body."

For group classes, can I be any age and fitness level?

We want to help you be your best at any age and any fitness level. We have several levels for our Quartet classes to best place you with other that will stimulate your abilities. Our Mat classes are for all levels and exercises can be modified to suit you and your needs.

What is the student-teacher relationship?

Classes are taught by experienced, highly trained Pilates professionals who bring fun, creativity, and their love of movement to every class. Our teachers meet the personal needs of each student by knowing the individual fitness goals for all our students. With no more than 6 participants in our Mat classes and 4 in Quartet classes, we're able to individualize exercises in order to challenge everyone. Because of our individualized approach we can help you meet all your fitness goals, such as losing weight, toning your physique, improving your athletic performance, reconnecting abdominals after childbirth.

What should I wear class?

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. We recommend wearing socks and warm layers of clothing during the colder months. We'll provide mats, towels, water, and enthusiasm.

General Conditioning vs. Rehabilitation

Quartet and mat group classes are for general conditioning and are not intended for clients with active or acute injuries. Please let us know if you have an injury you are concerned about before coming to group classes. Depending on your injury, we may recommend beginning with private sessions and then joining group classes once your injury is stable and you have learned how to safely modify exercises.

Is Pilates Like Yoga?

Yoga and Pilates are great complements to each other because they are both mind-body practices that lengthen and strengthen the body while relieving stress. Take advantage of our Group Class Package for both Pilates mat and yoga classes.
